Establishing New Service Form
Requirements - All Customers
The City of Adelanto requires that all customers:
  • Complete an application
  • Pay the required establishment fee and deposit
  • Provide identification
  • Provide proof of residence (Deed of Trust or Rental Agreement)
Service cannot be established until this information is provided.
Requirements - New Customers
New customers can complete application online or in person at City Hall.  However, Utility Billing staff must receive and verify the lease agreement and identification prior to establishing an account. Once the online application has been received (the following business day), a representative will contact you at the email addressed you have provided. All backup documents will then be emailed to the representative.
Bill
It will be 6-8 weeks before you receive your first bill.
Deposits
After your application and backup documents have been processed, the deposit amount will be calculated. Deposit payment can be made in person or online.

There is also a non-refundable service fee of $71.00.

Commercial / Industrial Three times the estimated average monthly bill for water and/or sewer service.
Multi-Family Three times the estimated average monthly bill for water and/or sewer service.
Residential
Three times the estimated average monthly bill for water and/or sewer service.
